Jerry Holkins, pseudonym "Tycho Brahe" is an American cartoonist.
He writes the Penny Arcade webcomic and created the Penny Arcade Expo (PAX) with his artist Mike Krahulik. He also founded the Child's Play charity organization in 2003.
